The pipeline that was being built was cancelled, and future oil fracking on national forest lands was stopped (temporarily). Gas prices are controlled by futures contracts, which has fueled the price increases. And ā€œeverything else that went up,ā€ I assume you meant inflation, caused by Covid and Trumps tariff war with China, which both have literally thrown the entire world into a supply line chaos. Everything Iā€™ve said is verifiable if you care to check.
