@יואברז-ו9ע — From what I know a pager is a dumb device,it listens for its device code constantly, pagers in America used a 3 of 5 error checking, that if 3 messages matched out of 5, that is what triggered it to beep, and display the message. For these pagers to be ‘activated’ or ‘triggered’ it means there was either a timer in the battery set with ample wiggle room, or the electronics were modified to receive a special specific message to activate the trigger. That’s a lot of tech to put in a battery, or a major redesign of the pager.

It has to have something else built into the electronics. There has to be a number texted to this group of pagers a specific number as a trigger, this has an electronic component. It would make more sense that Israel waited fora shipment, and replaced it with a different box of pagers.
