A president has direct control over the agencies under him, he can affect policy and change people, not laws. He has no direct control over the states, which control school boards in their respective states.

Pre-18, they are limited to hormone blockers and hormones, when the individual stops taking them, the body resumes normal hormone production. Are there risks, certainly as with any drug. However the PHYSICIANS deem the benefits to outweigh the risks. Banned? Tell that to menopausal women and cancer survivors needing them. Jesus, do you even believe your own lies? Just stop.
