Pointless. Dealing with DCAD is a total waste of time and effort. They lie, cheat and delay, just a horribly mismanaged group of people all of them. I’ve never been so frustrated in dealing with them ever. They say they are not responsible for verifying payment, acknowledging payments nor do they have to tell you what payments are received. Send them a check, it gets cashed, and you have zero recourse when they say they did not receive it. What account did your check get credited to? WHO KNOWS! But THEY have zero responsibility to answer questions or check that your check was applied to the correct account.
