  3. It was all futile after they got his plates. He should have pulled under an overpass, hit himself on the head enough to draw blood, and waited in the trunk and told police he was car jacked and forced into the trunk at gunpoint. LOL!

  4. They had his plates, knew the car wasn’t reported stolen, so... this was an effort in futility. All they needed to do was put an unmarked car near his house and wait.

  9.  @Faith-to5mp  — I get it, all I know is when I’ve tried to find the right “home” for an elder friend or relative, cost matters. I’m guessing they are outside Houston for a reason, lower cost. I added cameras to our condominium’s, and it cost $13k up front, and about $750./month for maintenance.
