  1.  @Faith-to5mp  — I get it, all I know is when I’ve tried to find the right “home” for an elder friend or relative, cost matters. I’m guessing they are outside Houston for a reason, lower cost. I added cameras to our condominium’s, and it cost $13k up front, and about $750./month for maintenance.
