@deathtocommies7991 — How is questioning people near where an officer was attacked a violation of their rights? I get your point, hunting on private or public land should not be a crime, but attacking someone, especially an officer is a crime.

@federalreservebrown2507 — Yes, he did. The OFFICER tried to catch them from illegally hunting. Hunters shine spotlights and shoot the startled deer. As yourself WHY this might be illegal please? Because people get shot, it’s not safe. The hunters shoot at the reflection of animals eyes. So if people are out walking, and turn to see what the bright light is, the hunters see their eyes reflected, aim and fire. This is why night hunting is against the law, and their response to being caught was to try and kill the officer. Clearly you have no issue with this and are on the criminals side.
