This reminds me of a job I interviewed for a job that paid very well for commercial electronics sales. Everything was perfect, they wanted me, I wanted the job, I was about to accept, when I met someone from the company at Starbucks who informed me there was only one employee in the group of 8 who lasted two years, he had the most profitable accounts. They hired constantly and few met their quotas and all were gone before 90 days.

@ — All true! Add that sales is a cutthroat business. I can handle the pressure, but I want a chance. When it’s a limited market, and one salesman has 90% of that market, and it’s a company that ‘likes’ to keep their sales people hungry and unsure about their jobs… That was enough to make me keep looking.
