@NAVY_EW1— The issue there is intend, which infers liability. Let’s say I visit a store and slip and fall and sue. The store is responsible for my injuries sustained in the accident, unless it isn’t an accident. If a video shows me moving the wet floor sign, looking around and then gently lowering myself to the floor, then screaming in pain… then that is intent to defraud and the store is NOT liable. The same logic applies to your being delayed for an ACCIDENT.
