  1. This case doesn’t matter. Here in Texas there are two businesses that have signs out front that say NO GAYS. (One uses a derogatory term) While offensive, that is their constitutional right. Any business can cater to or exclude any group or person for any reason. You see signs like NO SHIRT — NO SERVICE, or NO SHOES — NO SERVICE everywhere. They won the right to do what they could have done at any time, this case was ALL POLITICAL THEATER. 😂
