  1. This is actually common, selling legal leads. I was researching how to get squatters out of a house I purchased and answered a few seemingly harmless questions, where, state, who am I, etc. For the next several weeks I got from 2-10 calls a day, multiple emails, and about a dozen letters from law firms offering me their help. What I found interesting is I didn’t give my information other than the address of the house and my name. The website evidently looked me up, got the info and sold it to who knows how many law firms.
