  1. Odd, every police officer knows of the 20’ rule. An average person in good health can cover (charge, close the distance) 20’ before an officer can react and pull his weapon. They could have used this rule of officer safety as a filming distance and argued it was for officers safety. I’m curious why they didn’t.
