What amazes me is my Republican friends, relatives, my own brother… ALL are foaming at the mouth, just rabid in their anger at this “militarization of the DOJ by Biden.” No amount of “How about we wait and see what the verdict is” or other calming words help, they are pissed. 😡 This has the potential to boost Trump’s popularity and propel him into the Presidency.

@geegaw1535 — While I agree with you, Republicans like Ted Cruz defended his election fraud lies as his right of free speech, as did MTG, Josh Hawley and Loren Boebert. All but one Republican defended their right to lie as free speech rights, Trump even added “It’s not my fault they believed me.” If you watched the January 6th committee hearings, all but one said the same thing, and the one that didn’t said they believed what her colleagues had told her.

They have money, passion and hatred that combined means they should not be dismissed as ‘not a threat.’ I pray you’re right, but these are people you don’t want to take away their options. They (Republicans) already lie, cheat, steal, believe that EVERYTHING and ANYTHING they say or do is sanctified by God. This is a seriously scary world.
