Others had pepper spray, brass knuckles, a pipe and pocket knives, and one man was carrying a "stinger whip," a tool with blunt and whip-like edges marketed for self-defense and escaping a locked vehicle. One rioter was caught on video beating a police officer with a flagpole bearing an American flag, NBC Washington reported. The New York Times reviewed video that showed people using stolen police shields, sticks and crutches as weapons. And the man photographed with his feet on the desk of U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was carrying a 950,000-volt stun gun walking stick, House impeachment manager Stacey Plaskett revealed Feb. 10. Not to mention pipe bombs were found near the Capitol at Republican and Democratic party headquarters.”

Yup! Seeing as our last President attempted to take over the country and motivated his Trumpet Army to try and overthrow an election and take over the Capitol and the country. While it was thwarted, it was avoided... but roughly half the nation wants Trump back! A nation divided cannot stand, so essentially we are already on borrowed time until they try it again.

A partial “quote” was taken from a CDC online statement and circulated as the CDC says “masks don’t protect you from the virus.” The FULL sentence read “Masks don’t protect you from the virus, they protect others around you from catching the virus from you.” Let me explain, masks became mandatory in surgeries after studies found that surgeons and nurses in the operating room who wore masks, improved surgical survival rates. Medical staff in surgery rooms wear masks to prevent THEM from passing viruses on to patients, MASKS ARE NOT INTENDED TO PROTECT THE PERSON WEARING THEM, THEY ARE WORN TO PROTECT OTHERS FROM GETTING VIRUSES YOU MIGHT HAVE. Please do try and keep up. How exactly do you function in public?

You have to admire DARPA… We need a nuke we can shoot from a tank. Give us a week… one week later here ya go, tell us if you want to actually make it. (They did) We need a sniper rifle .50 cal. that will automatically correct for target movement. Here ya go. We need a remote controlled plane, almost silent, that can deliver it payload from miles up with deadly precision. How about this drone? How many would you like. We need a mini tank, all terrain, including water, that can have automated .50 cal rapid fire gun that can go super fast. Here’s plans, the base exists, gun mounts would be a minor thing, here’s the plans, is 85mph in 8 seconds, able to turn on a dime fast enough? We’d like the most guns we can possibly put on a plane, able to destroy anything, like a whole city in one pass, that will be able to rain rounds of multiple caliber on an enemy. One year later, here ya go, will this work? Hats off to whomever approved DARPA, they were geniuses of epic caliber.

My relatives were there, their stated goal in the invitation letters to me reads “We are going to the capital to reverse the election, and take over the capital by exercising our second amendment rights.” It was what they intended to do, it what they tried to do. These are well documented facts that if you were here, instead of over there, you would know.

@MrMinima86 — I’m assuming calmer minds realized the implications of a fully armed event. There were guns present. And if that’s the only scene you remember, the two instances of police or guards moving a barricade that had already been breached, or another letting them in through a door, you are delusional. Not all were there to take over or overthrow the government, some were there just to protest and show their support of Trump at the rally.

@DG-america — Yes I did, but the names were not on their list. Stating your intent, just going to the rally, participating peacefully is not a crime. They asked if I had any proof that they entered the Capitol, and I did not. The closest I had was one picture showing one of them near a barricade that was later deleted when things went south.

I was considering going, but when my relatives started using phrases like ‘exercise our second amendment rights to protect the nation and its constitution,’ I became nervous. They absolutely 100% believed that the dems had stolen the election, I saw no proof or even hint of proof of that. And given Trumps a liar, I had serious doubts.

Tyler Johnson — Trump deliberately withheld information from the public just after being told it could cost as many as 300,000 American Lives and people should be wearing masks in public to reduce the chances of spreading the virus. He ordered Dr Fauci to NOT release that info, and kept telling the public it was just the flu. HAD TRUMP BEEN HONEST SHUTTING DOWN THE COUNTRY MAT NOT HAVE BEEN NECESSARY!

Tyler Johnson — Huh? You need to go sell crazy elsewhere. MSM media has repeatedly shown what you stated, COVID deaths up, heart attacks, strokes way down. They are counting deaths with COVID as either a primary or contributing factor (co-factor/co-morbidity) as “COVID” deaths. They have also explained why, because the virus was present, affects respiratory function, which in turn either causes or increases the risks of strokes and heart attacks as our bodies fight for oxygen. (Increased pulse and blood pressure.) would they have died anyways? Maybe! But probably not so soon. I know a few people who have lost loved ones, and what you are dismissing is every single one of them would give anything for any additional amount of time with them.
