Dumb question... here in the USA we breed tilapia in our sewage treatment plants waste water. This accomplishes two things, the fish clean the sewage water, not totally, but it is an important step in the process. And second, the fish when grown to a certain size, feed people. Just a thought, please don’t hate me if this idea has already been tried and dismissed.

@john wickk — America, like every country has its pro’s and con’s. But NO country in the world is perfect, not even our USA. I can walk through the streets in India with little concern for my safety, but not in the downtown areas of Chicago, New York, Dallas, LA, heck, any major city. Please be aware of the subtle differences between Nationalism and National Pride, one is bad, the other is good.
