They must prove Trump knew and understood that the gag order was expanded. Trump is smart, and knows how to avoid being served with a restraining order.

Trump disparaged the NYC judge, and Trump supporters stalked the Judges children, made threats, and also threatened the judges staff. Trump told his supporters at the January 6th Rally to take back their country by marching on the capitol, and they tried to forcibly stop the transfer of power. Trump has admitted he makes these statements intentionally, and says he has no responsibility whatsoever as to what people do. What do you think would happen if you posted something about your neighbor being horrible and needed to be eliminated to your friends, and one of them ended or tried to end your neighbor. You would be in jail.
