Look up the law on treason; “Whosoever incites an insurrection against the government of the United States shall be guilty of Treason.” Trumps January 6th speech clearly said march on the capital, and be violent. There WAS apparent planning, they set up a war room, ALL who testified for the January 6th Committee said IT WAS ALL ORCHESTRATED. Trump tried to spread lies, tried to use the national guard, then tried to use the military to retain power. That is the very definition of a coup.
