@frankdoe4940 — Correct, totally unrelated. Clearly the plane hit the helicopter, not the other way around. Trump would have never allowed to let this happen.

@ — Both would be managed by the ATC of the Area, a commercial plane would check into a military area’s ATC and a military helicopter would get its instructions from the local ATC of the airport it is near. But as Trump is in charge of the military, there is no way he was responsible. Therefore the plane hit the helicopter and failed to stay out of the planes flight path.
