  2. Replace ‘are’ with ‘were.’ “…there WERE three levels…[of ] checks and balances.” With a Republican president, house and senate, there are no boundaries, laws, even the constitution can be suspended. Ever read P2025? This was all foretold and planned.

  3.  @Hellish-qx4eq  — Judges ENFORCE the law, Supreme Court’s resolve disputes. State and U.S. governments write/make the laws, and if there is a conflict with the constitution it falls to the Judge’s and Supreme Court’s (state and SCOTUS) literal job to ascertain if these laws are in conflict and either nullify them or late them stand. Your statement is partially correct.

  5. @ — I agree, but Trump has floated the idea before. Keep in mind that our constitution is written in pencil, it can, has been changed before. With a Republican president, house and senate… and a Trump appointed SCOTUS… WHAT ISN’T POSSIBLE? These are scary times.
