  1. Why? I understand discretion, understanding and compassion is warranted. But the only way to improve technology is to test it. I get taking a step back. But not use? Why not just instruct on identification they observe as there is enough suspicion to suspect but not confront? I get the proof point, but you can’t prove anything if you don’t actually test it!
