  1. Aaron Yarb — You remind me of many years ago in Dallas after the cowboys won a Super Bowl and there was a parade in Dallas. I watched a young man beat the ever loving crap out of a girl screaming “This is payback for 400 years of black slavery” as he held her by the hair with one hand and beat her with another for several minutes. It was captured by a news camera. Let’s be clear on this... yes, whites brought slaves over, and SO DID BLACKS. It was a bad thing everywhere. If I remember my history correctly (?) 30,000 blacks owned almost a million slaves according to the census bureau. It was a different time. But NO ONE ALIVE HAS OWNED SLAVES OR BEEN A SLAVE. All of your anger... justified at history but not at anyone alive today. Your anger serves no one, least of all you or your race. The issues today, if you ask people WHY they are wary, why are they nervous, why would they hesitate to walk in a black neighborhood, would they hesitate to hire a black persons, name the poll... the answer is the same for all races and all situations. Fear. Fear of safety, crime, ability/education (if I hire them and they don’t work out, we won’t be able to let them go because of their race), etc. FEW EVER SAY BECAUSE THEY ARE BLACK. At what point do you realize that the situation today has very little to do with 200 plus years ago? We ALL know there are inequalities in this world, how blacks are treated is one of them. Police kill blacks with alarming frequency, but in many cases (not all, not even saying many are not gross injustices) when you watch the video it’s scary to think you might have done the same. So you march, and every sane person of every race was behind you, supporting you. And... what happens? Every March turns violent, riots, fires, looting, property damage and loss of life at the hands at the looters. You have just reaffirmed or reinforced every stereotype and racial stigma you were marching to overcome. Seriously, take a look at how YOU are hurting yourselves before ragging on a narrator for not saying something you wanted him to say.
