I’ve had Amazon drivers deliver packages that were crushed, vitamins inside the box loose, an aluminum ladder bent (no clue how much that takes. I am on that guys side. They are pushed for time, but get paid well. I have delivery instructions to deliver in back, not in front due to theft risk. I put a $5 tip in the back for them, but have only had a dozen out of hundreds taken. They just lob it over the fence, every though the gate is open. LOL!
