Ā @IronChefLif3Ā ā Am I? This is from memory so PLEASE feel free to read your Bible to confirm what I state. In Leviticus where it says for a man to lie with another man is an abomination in gods eyes, god also says at the very beginning in the New Testament that all the rules and laws of the Old Testament are no more. Additionally the word translated in Leviticus as abomination is the exact same word translated as not profitable in 1 Corinthians 16-9⦠After Paul says Do you not know that the murderers, adulterers, sinners against mankind (homosexuals), and idol worshipers will not enter the kingdom of God? Weirdly every pastor Iāve known stops reading there, but Paul continues; But such were some of you, but you were saved, sanctified and justified by the lord. I (Paul) can do all of these things, for I am not mastered by any of them. They are lawful for me, but it is not profitable for me. Why was the same Hebrew word used in one verse as abomination, and in another as ānot profitable? The answer lies in Hebrew words for crimes, there were six, often combined to note nuances in the law. The least of which ānot profitableā was used for crimes like stealing bread to feed yourself or family, ranging up to murder. The same word has vast differences in two different scriptures. Again, doubt me? LOOK IT UP. There are also many other scriptures that point to Gods love, and the differences in life on earth as in heaven. For example when Jesus was cornered and asked by a man if he would know his wife in heaven, Jesus responded that in heaven there is no man or woman, no relations or marriage, but if you both chose to know each other, you may. Think about that, if in heaven there are no sexes, no marriage, no men or women, isnāt our faith what matters most? And think too, as there are many rooms in many houses in the house of our lord, based on our faith, where do you think your faith will stand when it was lightly tested, yet LGBT Christians who were told all their lives they are an abomination in gods eyes, god doesnāt know you, the church hates you, and you hated them, yet despite it all⦠THEIR FAITH IN GOD NEVER WAVERED? The one thing we know about God, about Heaven, is that we donāt know much of anything save hints in the Bible. You choose to hate, I choose to love, support, and let God judge. Yet you tell me I donāt, canāt understand gods words, that none of what I say is godly. Why? Because when god says itās his job to judge, not ours⦠I believe the Lord. But you⦠you think you know better than god. Please let me know who wins your argument when we reach heaven, you or God.

Ā @StyxNyx1Ā ā Do you mean my squatters rights joke? Are you familiar with squatters rights? Letās say that you and your neighbor share a property line on two identical 100 acre properties. However he puts up a fence, and you never notice that itās over the line. Years later you sell your land and the surveyor says you have 95 acres not one acre. Too late, the neighbor has 105 acres and gets your land as heās been using it for over five years. The AMERICAN INDIANS did indeed migrate over the frozen peninsula between Russia and what is now Alaska. The American Indians lived here long before America was rediscovered. Squatters rights is a law that says if you have been living on and using land for a certain time, and no one has objected, that land is yours, period. So even though native Americans may have also been immigrants, they were here, lived way past the squatters rights laws timeframes, so by that use and occupation, THEY are the owners. The prior comment pointed out they immigrated too. So my response was simple, they were here first, no one objected, so regardless of how they got here, this is American Indians Land⦠I.e. squatters rights. Sorry you donāt see the humor of using current law as an example of American Indians being the true owners of America for a millennia to defeat the Republican argument that we are all immigrants, and equal owners by manifest destiny rights. I personally like that using our own laws to disprove our own assertions quite funny as it points out the weakness of the Republican argument. Sorry you donāt get that, perhaps you could ask a democrat to explain it to you?
