I agree with most of what you said, but blaming the gun is like blaming your refrigerator or microwave when your car gets a flat tire. We have a lot of frustrated people in the USA, but you aren’t blaming the issue of racism, the TV News stations like FOX News that preach fear and racism, or the lack of tolerance of others Trump and the Republican Party has cultivated as part of the problem. You want to blame an inactive device without a brain for taking an action it is not capable of doing on its own.

@pnwmax — Then we are in agreement, my bad. I firmly believe we need to start teaching how to recognize mental issues in ourselves and others, ways to deal with these feelings, how to communicate you needs or your concerns about others without making those people feel worse… that might help IMHO.

Most of my relatives are proud racists, they don’t think of themselves as such, but their faith requires it they say.
