  1. RowRedRound — Dude! Death? POS? He did EIGHT tours! Give him a fair trial, and leave it to the jury. We know NOTHING of the facts of this case. I would guess there are some extenuating circumstances or he would have been arrested and tried in a military trial and court-martialed. This guy (the one witness) waits to get stateside before opening his mouth? Doesn’t that seem a little odd to you?

  2. Roger Clemons — This video said there was one witness, I didn’t know there were more. So what you’re saying is there were multiple witnesses, video of the events, military ignored the evidence, and this was the last resource? If yes, yikes.

  3.  @SergeyMilitaryRankings  — I never said I was understanding, I said we need to wait for the facts, a fair trial. Then, if a death sentence is levied, so be it. There are absolutely war crimes committed on all sides, even by U.S. soldiers. Justice and maintaining discipline absolutely matters. If guilty, I hope he is prosecuted with extreme prejudice. I see another post that says his 7 other fellow snipers say he was a nut job, which in my opinion means if his peers felt he was off the rails, he was certifiably insane. Your fellow soldiers consider it their honor to not rat out or disparage a member of their team, that all 7 said something negative… that’s a jury right there. Oh, and you’re right, Lady GaGa is hot. 😎
