I’m confused, are you mad that multiple news stations have said the court hasn’t proven their case, or that Trump spoke out? Both are free speech rights, just like Trump’s right to lie.

@evangelicalcatholics — Sadly the days of responsible journalism are over, keep in mind that the divergence was proven when Fox News won several cases in a row by saying “they are an entertainment venue, and therefore not bound by any journalistic ethics or standards. And whatever they say is their free speech rights as Americans. The Supreme Court agreed with them, and Ted Cruz defended his lies about the election and to the January 6th committee using the same wording, “it is my right as an American to lie, it is my free speech right.”

@aleuttrel2260 — That’s not what I said or meant, just stating facts. The Supreme Court has affirmed that lying is a free speech right, the only legal remedy is to litigate for slander and/or losses incurred as shown by the $757 million dollar judgement against Fox News by Dominion. It’s wrong as hell and I pray for the day journalism is real news again, not opinion or spin.

@fhtuna — LOL! You know they subpoenaed Biden and Hunter Biden’s records and found nothing. So far and yeah, it shocks me too, but so far they found anything to charge him with either as president for impeachment, or after he leaves office as a Crime.

Isn’t that what we pay taxes for? To get criminals off the streets or hold them accountable? But I’m with you, the issue isn’t that he paid hush money for his adultery, it’s that he had adultery. The real cases are going to be the willful retention of Top Secret documents, and his selling or allowing them to be sold, taken or seen. And the election fraud cases, both looking for 11,760 votes and the fraudulent electoral voter cases. Those are what matters, this is a waste of time.
