  1. Good! And sorry, but you are wrong. All presidents are open season AFTER LEAVING OFFICE. Presidential immunity only applies in office, its purpose is to prevent nuisance lawsuits from occupying the presidents valuable time. The only exception is the senate phase of an impeachment hearing where they can compel a president to testify.
