  2. Keep in mind that in both impeachment trials that Trump is saying, he was found innocent were not court cases. Also note the opening statements in both of the Senate trials was essentially the same verbiage; “ We are not here to determine Trump’s guilt, that has been proven, and is not in question Trump did what he did. We are here to determine if Trump’s actions were worthy of his removal from Office.” Therefore, Trump claims that he was found innocent in both cases is incorrect, and does not grant him immunity because they were not court trials. They were a senate trial to determine whether or not his actions which he did do are worthy upper moving him as president.

  3. He’s a lawyer, no federal crime EVER depends on congresses approval. Congress can investigate, and if they wish turn all if their investigation notes over to DOJ, then the DOJ has the option to investigate or prosecute. Congress passes laws and sends them to the senate for approval. All of this “impeach Biden” stuff, without ant actual cause or proof is just political theater for the voters.

Trump did try to replace electoral voters in five (?) states, that’s election fraud. Trump also called several states asking them to adjust the counts because of “Democrat fraud” or find votes, that’s election fraud. Keep in mind that election fraud or errors have been reported in every election, but none were severe enough to change the final result. Trump lied, repeated the lie enough so his voters would believe it, then tried to overturn the election through multiple PROVABLE acts.
