There’s a book that Southwestern Bell Wireless gave every employee as they became Cingular Wireless called ‘Who Moved My Cheese,” that essentially said what this video did. Companies don’t owe you squat, they use you and you use them. The only constant in the universe and in business is change. We are just mice, looking to feed ourselves, and when change happens, adapt and find more cheese.

@neiceystauffer9085 — LOL! I’m not saying it was a bad book, and my take was admittedly skewed. 🤣 The benefit of the book was to expect change, and adapt. We do tend to get stuck, do tend to be a little lazy (looking for other options), and I do appreciate some of the insights the book had. But in essence… it says we are all expendable, cog’s in the machine, just looking to survive. That book is what inspired me to look for another job, LOL!
