  1. Apple is an ASSHOLE of a company. The human side has died. My Apple ID was cancelled and locked because over 16 years I accumulated 100 refunds from my family and I over multiple devices. Aside from this “CANCELLATION” affecting my entire family, it’s a financial loss as well. My over 8,000 music, movie and TV library was on Apple, which represents an over $15,000 investment I’d gone. Apples response, create another Apple ID and repurchase them. No debate, no transfer of my purchases possible, all gone. So with respect, 🖕🏼you Apple.
