  1. Interesting that Samsung earbuds are also affected by the “Samsung mentality.” I have rental properties and flip homes, so I buy a lot of appliances. When there are issues with an appliance, I have to find the information for that house and try and arrange warranty service. Samsung FIGHTS EVERY warranty issue tooth and nail, the most run around s, looking for any possible reason to deny a warranty claim. It reached a point where the problems were consistent, it didn’t matter if it was an electronic issue (TV’s), or an appliance issue, they are hell to get them to accept responsibility. I haven’t bought ANYTHING SAMSUNG for about 5 years. It is my sincere wish they go out of business ASAP.
