  1. The officer KNEW he was in the wrong, zero doubt. If the officer actually thought he was wanted (had a warrant) he would have brought him to the ground and cuffed him at the first sign or resistance. And yes, when he pulled his arm away from the policeman that is legally "Resisting." That cop was just mad that someone refused to show his ID when asked. Luckily the black man wasn’t a CHL holder as that simple polite for of resistance, refusing to show ID is grounds to have your license revolved.
