  7. Iā€™ve watched this and the original full video that the mother filmed. Yes, the mother was upset, if that were my son I would be too. There was NO aggressive contact, whatsoever. The cops may or may not have been justified on the initial arrest, I have no clue as to the details. All I know is that the officer arrested the second son just to be mean. Yes, I know that TX PC 22.01 clearly states that ANY touching of an officer, even pulling away from an officer is "felony resisting," but this is getting freaking ridiculous. Cops are arresting people for these made up charges and assumptions. It is time for the public to start contacting EVERY ELECTED OFFICIAL EVERY TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS! Iā€™ve always supported the police, but holy cow, there are so many incidents like this clearly showing abuse of power and authority it is no longer funny.

I couldnā€™t tell what.. at the two. In hindsight and after watching a video, the officers were yelling freeze, get down on the ground, donā€™t move, put your hands on your head, hands in the air, and get down all in a cacophony of screams and cuss words. We were 5 feet in front of the officers, and the perps, the two bad guys were 20 feet ahead of us. I froze and turned around, not because I could understand them but because I wanted to know why someone was screaming at me, but the cops just ignored us. My point was, that was a chaotic moment. Four officers, all screaming gibberish at the top of their lungs, I must have watched that video 25 times trying to figure out what they were trying to say. My point is if we had no clue what the police wanted or were instructing them to do and were a few feet in front of the cops, the criminals were just as clueless. I really donā€™t think police understand that people canā€™t hear or understand them when they are all yelling something different at the same time at someone.
