I’ve watched this and the original full video that the mother filmed. Yes, the mother was upset, if that were my son I would be too. There was NO aggressive contact, whatsoever. The cops may or may not have been justified on the initial arrest, I have no clue as to the details. All I know is that the officer arrested the second son just to be mean. Yes, I know that TX PC 22.01 clearly states that ANY touching of an officer, even pulling away from an officer is "felony resisting," but this is getting freaking ridiculous. Cops are arresting people for these made up charges and assumptions. It is time for the public to start contacting EVERY ELECTED OFFICIAL EVERY TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS! I’ve always supported the police, but holy cow, there are so many incidents like this clearly showing abuse of power and authority it is no longer funny.
