  1. What many don’t realize is that the old DHL, Fed-Ex, and some others are now just a bunch of subcontracted companies. They are not a corporation with control of their employees, the people flying the planes are one company, the delivery is another, the customer service might be corporate support, but are most likely subcontractors in India or whatever.
