  2.  @Greg-yu4ij  — Actually, no. He is not wrong. The 2a is clear, the right to a free and well armed militia shall not be infringed. He has a point. States have made their own laws, which some… are not 2a compliant. I too am on the fence about this because the law must be fair to all, and unless the constitution is changed, 2a is a right. That said with every mass life ending event, public opinion shifts, and politicians are elected by the public. My point, we shouldn’t resist all gun law changes, because if we don’t try to curb these events we will lose our 2a rights we now enjoy. Personally I do NOT see tracking all weapons sales as an issue, a simple website and/or phone app could be used. Background checks, etc, ditto. We are our own worst enemy, If we don’t take steps toward gun safety, we will have only ourselves to blame. Oh, and a pencil worked just fine for John Wick too. 🤣

  3. @ — True, but in any questionable situation, it takes money to litigate, to appeal, for fight for your rights. If you’re a normal person, let alone a person of color, how. Do you fight back? Few if any can or do.
