  1. I’ve seen video of Russian Radio Broadcasts imploring the Ukrainian holdouts to drop their weapons and come out and they will be given help and a ride to another Ukrainian city. Even the Red Cross and UN claim to be in Mariupol. It’s ridiculous the Puppetskyy is a circus clown of the United States of Srail.
