  1. The "sweet spot" ... I laugh at that prelude from my $24k '17 Accord SE. Why should I pay 50% more for less vehicle???? Going by inflation calc the base modle is just a hair more expensive than my Accord which after inflation would eb $30k... My accord has 19in rims, a good sound system stock and all leather which has held up super well. Also I have a 2000 honda insight... it literally uses half the ENERGY of a Tesla to move around... with a modern lithium pack upgrade its gets 120MPGe.... with a more modern engine it would be easily hitting 150MPGe.
