  1. Acutally dump trucks in certain situations have been early adopters of batteries... but mainly in mining operations. Road going dump trucks thats absolutely correct. The mining dump trucks have a fix path they travel and basically save huge amounts of fuel by charging and discharging up and down grades in the the mine when you move millions of tons the energy cost to do so makes you think of innovative ways to mitigate the energy cost and batteries are one way of solving that but it has nothing to do with EVs.
