  1. I've flown on a couple CRJ-200s they seem to me prone to having mechanical issues... I flew on one from San Antonio and the gear was stuck down after take of..... and we had to turn around. Basically every flight they were coming from maintenance for some reason or other.

  2. I kinda doubt that is one man's mistake... that is a systemic mistake where multiple people failed.
