I wonder why the protection procedures of the Airbus didn't prevented the very slow speed and the angle of attack, could someone explain?

@tomstravels520 Yes, it engages TOGA, but I thought some other mechanism prevents a too high angle of attack. (Sorry wheelchair pilot here... :D )

@tomstravels520 So, when TOGA can't prevent the plane from an upcoming stall, does the attack protection lowers the AOA even when its only a too high AOA with the current speed?

@tomstravels520 Thank you. So why didn't the AOA protection got the nose down in this case? Even when the alpha floor had engaged it should engage too when it feels that the alpha floor is not enough.
