Wall Street was freaking out over Bernie Sanders he wants a share of a company to go to wages and a share of the company board goes to workers at a certain number of workers in the company. If you think about it companies are basically the state of ships there's no accountability for the workers on Corporation except unions that are actively being destroyed piece by piece
