  2. I assumed this was some kind of Fringe thing but a quick Internet search indicates it's quite mainstream. Vast differences in pricing. Bewildering array of devices. Many appeals to vanity. If it strokes the ego, it's a scam. Not the basic premise, but what is on offer to be bought, is questionable.
