Mr Biden spoke well! And it wasn't inflametary or rude! He is a man of age yes , not as dynamic as some, but he doesn't come across as bullish nor does he invite or incite troubles with aggressive overtones! ☮️

@gerryatrick I wasn't responding to you! He's not my president is he yours?! I don't usually make comments or watch anything on u tube! Infact the only reason I have made comments lately is to try and understand why and how people are so rude and hateful about Americans and NATO ! I've deciphered that 60 percent of people aren't very nice at all anyway and like stirring it to get attention! And it is a global thing this vileness ! The elderly president got a lot of history conveyed which is good for the youth of today! In my opinion he did well! And no I don't usually listen to many speaches ! ☮️
