This same problem is being seen in the U.K.,more and more land is being used to grow maize for anaerobic digesters.Subsidised by the taxpayer,there are 100’s of AD’s on farms,who burn the methane to produce electricity and sell it to the national grid.(burning of course produces CO2 ) We have a Govt.that is encouraging the landed gentry to produce greenhouse gasses…..whilst opposing onshore turbines !!!
