@gmanlee575 For over a year,I have delayed paying my water bill until I have had at least 1 - 2 reminders.There has been no Court action,no solicitors,no debt collectors.If the whole country stopped paying for 2-3 months what could they do ? Get off your knees ! They are using your money to pay themselves billions and brazenly tell you that it will be 40% higher soon….are you just going to sit in your armchair and hand over money ?

@darz-k Well,Iused to draw water from a passing chalk stream,but some dumbo’s elected a lying,corrupt Tory Govt. for 14 yrs,they made their rich friends richer,by stupidly privatising our water industry ,who then dumped all their sewage in our rivers. Get off your knees people !

@martinlund7987 It is understood that they have borrowed against their income,just as Man.Utd have done.In Thames case their income won’t even allow them to to pay their debt repayments.Not paying water bills will further increase their debt,it puts the people in control of a privatised monopoly……which would scare both them and the markets to death.
