The real losers in the Uxbridge election are the public,with their acceptance of FPTP. 13,965 voted for the Tory candidate,16,960 wanted somebody else…..little wonder most other countries use the more democratic P R. FPTP is designed by politicians,for the benefit of politicians…..hence “safe seats.” Which is more important democracy or being delayed by JSO ?
