  20. Councillors in Lincolnshire have just refused planning permission for 2 solar farms,claiming that it would harm our “food security” (don’t we import most of it ?). Being lying Tories,they are quite happy to see fields sold for executive,4 bed houses,to grow maize for anaerobic Digestors to make electricity for running their farms……and of course……they must have fields for the childrens ponies ! Who cares if 180,000 homes don’t get unpolluting renewable energy…….Tories don’t !

  21. Like any public service,TV has to be paid for. Instead of moaning about either the licence fee or the BBC…..why don’t people come up with suggestions for paying for our national radio and TV service ? Privatise it ? Take a look at the cost,the propaganda of privatised newspapers/tv channels…..much like water/energy/transport/broadband/health……which have got cheaper,which have improved ? 48p a day looks good value.

Between 2017-22, it is estimated that this tax rebate will cost the country £522 million.If the Tory party have any intention of “levelling up” and reducing inequality,then perhaps they should stop subsidising the rich and feed the poor.

What a shame that talkRadio(Murdoch) doesn’t have a look at some of our politicians.....Farage,had 40% attendance,the worst of any U.K. MP,but gets a £72k pension and had declared outside earnings of 590k...790k euros,Andrea Leadsom has a £960,000 property in Surrey rented out,Ian Duncan Smith lives rent free,on an estate that gets £134,309 farm subsidies. + many,many more!

EU voting is by PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION,which is far, far better than our system.Over 600 MPs,and EVERY election is decided by about 40-50 seats.Our system has seats that never change hands.First past the post is Not democratic,which is why very few countries use it.
