  1. 50% of the U.K. is owned by 1% of the population ! The Tory Govt. banned onshore turbines ! Is there a connection ? Offshore turbines are more difficult to build and since the Queen owns the shore,they had to pay £880 m to the Crown Estates (75% to the Govt.,25% to the Queen). We,of course,we’re conned into thinking that it would spoil the countryside,cause epileptic fits,ruin TV reception………not a word,about making the rich richer ! This Govt. are both liars and corrupt……little wonder with Orkney as an example….Scotland is considering independence.
