  2. Where would we be if we still owned the rain,that falls for free ? Where would we be if we still owned the water and sewage systems,built largely by the Victorians ? Where would we be if WE kept all the money paid by 67 million people ?…….Well,the Govt. would have a regular income and wouldn’t need to tax the people when it needed money……for starters !!! Ain’t capitalism and right-wing Tory philosophy great ?
